Special Features of the Containerised Potable Water Filtration Plant:
The Containerised Potable Water Filtration Plant was housed in a 20’ refurbished shipping container including chequer plate floor, fluorescent lighting and personnel access door.

The Containerised Potable Water Filtration Plant was constructed from stainless steel and was designed to endure the most rigorous of transportation to this remote site.

Project Description :
This drinking water Containerised Potable Water Filtration Plant was designed and built to treat river water to potable standards.

This was achieved by dual media filtration in 304SS pressure differential activated backwashing filters followed by final polishing through 5 micron Hurricane Harmsco cartridge filters.

The Containerised Potable Water Filtration Plant includes pre and post disinfection and final pH correction before storage. After storage the treated water is pumped via ultraviolet sterilisers to points of use.
