CRS have just completed the construction of two skid mounted Water Treatment Plants for two regional towns in New Zealand.
The WTPs will serve the towns of Whataroa and Kumara on the west coast of the South Island.
For each WTP CRS constructed two skids, one featuring a Media Filtration treatment process while the other features Cartridge Filtration and UV Disinfection Reactors. All skids are fully automated with PLC logic. CRS construction as a skid mounted package means that once arriving at the towns the WTPs will have plug and play capability, immediately being able to treat raw water into high quality potable water that will adhere to the Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand.
