Designed as an emergency system, this containerised multi-media filtration (MMF) unit is to be dropped at any site within Western Australia and plug-and-play between Raw Water and Treated Water tanks.
The plant utilizes two 48” diameter FRP pressure vessels membranes and incorporates coagulant to treat high turbidity raw water and produce potable effluent. The system is housed within a customized 40 foot container.
This WTP is a fully automatic, containerised media filtration system. It incorporates VSD controlled feed and backwash pumps; air scour blower; automatic inlet screen filter; flow, pressure and water analysis transmitters; and air compressor. The plant is HFE designed for ease of accessibility, operation and maintenance. This plant is fully automated and will require minimal operator attendance.
